Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026. These terms cover your use of the 207.mortgage website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.
Who we are
207.mortgage is operated by Travis Penny, a licensed mortgage broker in Maine (NMLS #1649161). Travis is a broker, not a lender. He arranges home loans through wholesale lender partners. The site is a marketing and information tool for that business.
Not a commitment to lend
Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, a rate lock, or a guarantee of approval. Rates, terms, and program availability change without notice and are always subject to credit review, appraisal, and underwriting. The calculators return working numbers based on the details you provide. A real loan decision comes from a full application and full underwriting.
Information you provide
When you use a calculator or a contact form, you agree that the information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Intentionally false information can void a pre-approval or a loan application.
Content on the site
Site content is provided for general information. Mortgage rules, tax rules, and market conditions change. Do not treat any page as legal, tax, or financial advice. For a decision that fits your situation, talk directly with Travis at 207.615.7770.
Third party links and content
The site links to third party resources such as the NMLS Consumer Access lookup, town and county records, and market data. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Trademarks
207.mortgage, The 207 Number, The 207 Move Number, and The 207 Cash Flow Number are brands of the business. Other names are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 207.mortgage and Travis Penny are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Your remedy for any dispute is limited to ceasing use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Maine.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
