Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026. 207.mortgage is committed to making home financing information usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Buying a home is already stressful. The website that helps you get there should not add friction.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers color contrast, readable text sizes, keyboard navigation, alt text on meaningful images, correct heading structure, and clear form labels.
What we do
Every page uses semantic HTML with a single H1 and a clean heading hierarchy. Colors are chosen for adequate contrast. All interactive controls can be reached with a keyboard. Buttons and links describe what they do. Forms label every field. Motion respects your system's reduced motion setting.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one time project. We test on real devices, review new pages before they go live, and fix issues quickly when they are reported. If you find something on 207.mortgage that is hard to use with your screen reader, keyboard, or assistive technology, please tell us and we will address it.
Request an accommodation
If a page is not working for you, you can always reach a real person. Call or text 207.615.7770. Travis answers. We can walk through a calculator with you by phone, read numbers aloud, take your information verbally, and email or mail written documents in a format that works for you.
Feedback
Email travis@travis.mortgage with the page URL, the issue, and the assistive technology you were using. We take accessibility feedback seriously and respond quickly.
